Use of the Service

SimpleBuild provides a web-based work environment for the company. The account creator is responsible for the correctness of company data and the rights of team users. Keep your access information secret.

Order and Payments

The selected package is paid in advance by month or year. Prices are in euros and VAT is added at the rate indicated on the order. The period of the annual subscription is one year. Access is activated after payment confirmation; at the end of the period, the subscription can be renewed. No automatic card or bank account deductions are made. The price of the new period is displayed before ordering.

Demo mode

Demo mode payments are simulations and demo invoices do not represent actual payment. The EveryPay test environment uses test payments. The cash payment mode will be marked separately.

Termination and payment issues

To cancel the subscription, leave the next period unsubscribed or contact info@simplebuild.eu. Refund or erroneous payment issues will be resolved with the service provider. When access expires or is suspended, data is not automatically deleted; to issue or delete data, contact the service provider.

Data processing

To provide the account and service, we process company name, registry code, contact person's e-mail, user accounts, orders and payment references. Project and employee data entered by the company itself are processed to provide a working environment. Passwords are stored as a hash; map data is not saved by SimpleBuild. For direct payments, payment data is processed by EveryPay.

Access and support

Corporate workspaces are separated. The service manager can open the company's workspace for support activities; activity is logged. Contact: info@simplebuild.eu. Service provider: SimpleBuild OÜ.
